The work is also often project-based, which means that frequent changes to the site are the norm. Most jobs sometimes require you to work with other people at some point, and employers want to know that you can succeed in a team environment.
Your resume, and then how you show up for your interview, should convince the employer that you will not only be able to get the job done, but will also help the team thrive. You must use the job description to customize the skills sections of the resume and job history. By asking clear questions about the person currently working in your area of interest, you can get the most up-to-date and detailed description of the responsibilities of the position and the qualifications you need to have.
